    How does it work?
    All existing and new Clicks ClubCard Members get the benefit of 10% cashback on their ClubCard for their first purchase at ARC.  

    Thereafter, all existing and new Clicks ClubCard Members get the benefit of 6% cashback on all their ClubCard for their purchases at ARC.

    What is the Clicks ClubCard?  
    The Clicks ClubCard is Clicks’ loyalty program that, once joined, enables you to earn points when you shop at Clicks or its partners. These points are converted to cashback every 2 months, which can be spent in Clicks stores and online. Clicks is annually nominated as South Africa’s favourite loyalty program, due to the ease at which you can earn rewards.  
      
    What is the Clicks ClubCard and ARC partnership?
    ARC is now one of the ClubCard partners enabling you to earn cashback every time you shop at ARC.   
       
    How do I earn cashback?  
    You receive cashback by earning ClubCard points. These are earned by entering your ClubCard number, when prompted, at checkout both online and instore.  
     
    Note that points cannot be added after the sale has been concluded, so make sure to use your ClubCard at the time of purchase.  
     
    How much cashback do I earn? 
    You will earn 10% cashback for your first ARC purchase and 6% cashback for every purchase thereafter.   

    Please keep in mind that as ARC is a new partner, your points and cashback will only reflect on the Clicks app and website within 24 hours of purchase. Always remember to fill in your details before you checkout.   

    What is the Rand value for every point?   
    A point is earned for every R5 spent. 10 points = 1 rand.  

    Remember, points need to be converted into cashback before they can be redeemed. When you've earned 50 points or more by the qualification date (every 2 months), then those points are converted into cashback. Cashback is loaded directly onto your ClubCard and you will be able to view this in the Clicks APP/ Clicks website against your profile or on a Clicks till slip.
