Covid-19 Policy
Safe business practices, to continue the fight against Covid-19, remains a collective responsibility. We advise all our customers to continue to follow the hygiene guidelines as set out by the National Department of Health, and the World Health Organisation.
Hygiene Practices
ARC have implemented strict internal hygiene policies as stipulated by the WHO guidelines, such as frequent cleaning of all workspaces, temperature checking upon entry, extensive access to hand sanitiser and social distancing.
Contactless Delivery
Enhanced hygiene measures extend to our delivery partners, Parcel Ninja, F and F and Dawn Wing, who follow strict COVD-19 policy protocol. Drivers have been instructed not to make physical contact with any customers and to maintain a safe distance.
We recommend that you continue to follow responsible, hygiene practices:
- Wear a mask that covers the nose and mouth when receiving your parcel
- Maintain a distance of one and a half metres from the courier
- We encourage you to disinfect the parcel upon receiving using guidlines publsihed by the National Department of Health
- Continue to sanitise your hands
