How does delivery work?

All orders placed online before 15:00 Monday - Friday are fulfilled at our Distribution Centre and handed over to our courier partners for delivery. As soon as your order has been handed to our courier you will receive a notification. 

On the day of delivery, an SMS notification will be sent to you by the delivery courier notifying you of the delivery. You can also track and trace your delivery on www.fnf.co.za or www.dawnwing.co.za depending on which courier company is delivering your parcel.

How much does delivery cost?

Orders under R450: R60
Order R450 or more: Free

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

We currently offer an Economy delivery solution which is dependant on the geographical location of your delivery. 

Main centres: 2-3 business days
Regional centres: 2-5 business days
Remote and outlying areas: 5-7 business days
 

Can I collect my order myself?

Unfortunately, orders may not be collected from Parcelninja or from our courier partners. Should you like to reschedule a delivery please get in touch with our contact center on 087 330 4946.

Who can sign for my parcel?

The delivery service that our courier partners offer is a door-to-door service. This means that the order is delivered to the address and not the person. For example: if the person is not available it can be left with anyone at that address e.g. security, staff, reception, etc. Please ensure that someone you trust is available at the address you selected.

Can I change my delivery address?

Unfortunately the address chosen at checkput cannot be changed, please ensure to double check the address accuracy before you complete your order.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship to addresses outside of South Africa. We ship nationally within South Africa to physical addresses and we do not ship to post boxes.
