How do I register for a Payflex account?

Yes. To apply for your Payflex account simply, select Payflex as your payment method at checkout, provide your ID number, and they’ll assess you in seconds. No documentation required. It’s that simple.

Are my details safe?

The Payflex website is SSL secure and they don’t store your card details. All payments are handled by a secure PCI compliant South African-based payment gateway. Your information in accordance with our privacy policy.

How do I make a Payflex purchase online?

On the payment page select Payflex as your payment method. If you’re a Payflex first-timer, they’ll need to do an assessment, based on your personal information their software will assess your application.

Payflex’s system works in real-time, so if everything checks out, you’ll be good to shop in less than a minute. Please ensure to agree on the instalment schedule and pay your first instalment. Once Payflex authorises your payment, your order will go through as per normal.

I want to return my product, what do I do?

You may go through our returns process here. Once your items have been collected and inspected at our warehouse, we will do a reverse transaction to your Payflex account.
