How do I know that I am buying a genuine product?

ARC is an authorised distributor of the brands we stock. This means that we have entered in to a legal contract with the manufacturer to distribute their products in manner and on terms agreed upon by both parties. You can be confident that ARC does not sell inauthentic, grey market or parallel import product.

Can I have an item sent as a gift?

All ARC's orders are beautifully gift wrapped.
