Personalisation Terms and Conditions
- Products that have been personalised in any way cannot be returned for an exchange or refund, unless the item is faulty and will be governed by our returns and exchanges policy. (add link)
- If the product does not match your requested personalisation (as denoted by you in store or online), it can be exchanged.
- Your personalised message will be applied where it is best suitable on the specific product.
- Please check your order on screen (online orders) or in the order book (in store) carefully to confirm all the details are correctly spelled and accurate, before submitting your order. You are responsible for ensuring that any wording that you request to be personalised is correct and accurate and does not infringe the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party or contain anything that is obscene, indecent, vulgar, offensive, blasphemous, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate or which may cause distress or discomfort to the recipient.
- We cannot accept personalised messages with emojis, symbols or words that may be deemed as inappropriate or offensive. These will be removed from your message and the product will not be personalised.
- All products ordered for engraving are removed from their cellophane for them to be personalised. This does not affect the quality of the product inside.
- We reserve the right to switch off products from the engraving service at any time depending on demand.
