    1. Acceptance. By using or attempting to use the redemption code for an offer, you agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions.
    1. Offer Period. Promotions are only available for a limited time only, for as long as it is advertised on www.arcstore.co.za. ARC STORE has the right to cancel or change any promotion at any time without notice and in its sole discretion.
    1. Conditions. Promotions are not valid for cash or cash equivalent. Promotions may not be combined with any other offers other than the clicks Clubcard customer reward. Clicks Club card members get the benefit of 10% cashback on their ClubCard for their first purchase at ARC.  Thereafter all existing and new Clicks ClubCard Members get the benefit of 6% cashback on all their ClubCard for their purchases at ARC.

    Promotions will not always be replicated in-store. Qualifying promotion amount applies to merchandise only, excluding shipping and handling charges (unless otherwise stated).

    1. Offers are non-transferable. All monetary amounts specified in these terms and conditions are in South African rands (ZAR). Promotions may be subject to availability.
    1. 'Excluded Items' means sale items and electronic vouchers unless otherwise stated.
    1. Redemption. To redeem an offer during the Offer Period, purchase any full priced items on www.arcstore.co.za. Discount will apply at checkout. Customers are required to sign up and create a profile in order to redeem discount.
    1. Shipping. Items will only be shipped to addresses within South Africa. (6.2) It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure postal details are correct. If you are not available to accept the parcel an attempt for redelivery will be made the next day.
    1. Returns. Returns and exchanges are subject to ARC STORE return policy.
    1. Changes. ARC STORE reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of the offer by the company’s own discretion.
