TERMS AND CONDITIONS: JO LOVES PRE-ORDER 

  

These Pre-Order Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the placing of pre-orders ("Pre-order") with Mistragystix (Pty) Ltd T/A ARC Store arcstore.co.za (reg. no. 2017/354647/07). Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your Pre-Order 

The Jo Loves brand will launch exclusively, officially on the ARC website on 27 February 2023. ARC is giving customers the chance to pre-order Jo Loves products from 20 February 2023. This will ensure customers who pre-order have enough time to get their favourites in their basket early.  

By submitting your Pre-Order, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. 

Pre-order period: The Jo Loves pre-order period runs from 00h00 on 20 February 2023 until 15h00 on 26 February 2023 Please note any orders containing additional items along with Jo Loves products, will only be delivered from Friday May 27th and onwards. 
 

Placing an order: How it works 
Jo Loves pre-orders will be open from the 20 February 2023, one week before official online orders on 17 February 2023.  

In order to pre-order, simply select the product you want to purchase, the desired quantity, and click “ADD TO BAG.” When you’ve completed shopping, click the “CHECKOUT” button and follow the instructions to checkout and complete your order.

  1. 1. Availability of Product 

Products offered through arcstore.co.za are offered subject to availability. While we do our best to ensure that product and pricing information is current and complete, we are not liable for inaccurate information or for any information that has been omitted or is out of date. 

 

  1. 2. Delivery of orders 

Please note that while we always do our best to ensure delivery by stipulated delivery dates, our delivery partners unfortunately cannot guarantee delivery on specified days.  
  

  1. 3. Payment of goods 

    1. 1. You may make payment using Credit/Debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Zapper, Snapscan, Payflex, FNB eBucks and instant EFT payment into ARC’s bank account, the details of which will be provided to you on request.  

    1. 2. If You are making payment via a bank card, you guarantee that you are fully authorised to use the bank card for payment and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover the costs of the transaction.

    5. General  

    ARC takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transactions concluded on the Website, including the sale and delivery of the Products, customer service and support and dispute resolution.     6. Use of Information 

    (a) Use of participant and customer information: You acknowledge and expressly consent that we may process your personal information for purposes of maintaining your membership to Arc Store. 

    (b) You have the right to access your personal information held by us. We will grant you such access during office hours within a reasonable time after receiving such a written request for access; 

    (c) Your personal information will only be kept for as long as it's required to be retained by law. 

    (d) You have the right to request the correction, destruction or deletion of personal information held by Arcstore, or to object to the processing of personal information, in which event you will no longer be able to be a participant in the offer. 

    (e) We will only do this in the event that you have consented to marketing or if you are a Clubcard member. 

    (f) If you have given us permission to contact you for marketing purposes, you agree that we may send you relevant marketing information and promotional offers from Arc Store. This applies, but is not limited to, marketing goods and services to you across all marketing channels, including online /e-mail / mail / SMS / MMS / telephonic / social media. We will always give you an option to opt out of future marketing when we market to you. 

    (g) Please ensure that your personal and contact details are correct and up to date to enable us to offer you Arc Store offers and promotions. If your contact details change at any time, please update your details online or via our Customer Service on 087 330 4946 (Monday to Friday 08:30 – 16:30). 

    (f) We will not be held responsible if you do not receive your personalised offers in the event that your personal details have changed and you have not notified us.
