How do I pre-order my Fenty Beauty and Fenty Skin wishlist?
Simply place an order on arcstore.co.za as you normally would, and your order will arrive on Friday May 27th, provided you have ordered by the stipulated day and time in the table below. Please note any orders containing additional items along with Fenty Beauty or Fenty Skin products, will only be delivered from Friday May 27th and onwards.

Why is ARC able to sell Fenty Beauty and Fenty Skin products before the official launch date?
An agreement between Fenty Beauty, Fenty Skin, and ARC Stores affords us the chance to allow people to pre-order online only from 24 May.

What if my chosen product/ shade sells out?

While we do our utmost to ensure all products are in stock, we unfortunately can’t guarantee 100% availability of all products. Please check back regularly to view which items have been restocked.

Is there a limit to how much I can order?
No, there is no limit to the number of products you may order online.

Will you stock the complete Fenty Beauty and Fenty Skin range?
Mostly! There are a few SKUs that are not in the assortment for Africa. However, they are very minor SKUs that are mostly exclusive to FB.COM.

What happens if my order is late?
While we always do our best to ensure delivery by stipulated delivery dates, our delivery partners unfortunately cannot guarantee delivery on specified days. Hang tight for a day or two and you will receive your order.

What if I am having trouble completing my order?

What are the ways I can pay for my order?
We have many payment options available to you as you complete your order. These include Credit/Dedit card(Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Zapper, Snapscan, Payflex and instant EFT payment.

Where do you deliver to?
While delivery times may vary, we deliver to every region in South Africa.

Can I return products if they are not right for me?
Products can be returned either to one of our stores or back to the online store via courier. Please do consult our returns policy for more information.

How do I find my perfect shade of foundation?
We are working on building the Fenty Beauty shade finder into our site. In the meantime, head to https://fentybeauty.com/pages/fenty-face-shade-finder to find your shade if you want to order online. Alternatively, head into one of our stores and ask our in-store ARChitects to help you find your shade!

Are the products authentic?
Yes. ARC is an official retailer of Fenty Skin and Fenty Beauty which will launch on May 27th following Rihanna’s announcement. We know that there are bootleg/grey market products being sold through other channels and retailers, and we cannot confirm the authenticity of those. The Fenty Beauty brand is not at all associated with those channels and retailers.

Fenty Beauty & Fenty Skin is manufactured in the USA & Europe.

Does Fenty Beauty and Fenty Skin test on animals?
Fenty Beauty is 100% cruelty free. In addition: Fenty Skin is also Clean, Vegan & Earth-Conscious and one of the world's first skincare brands to be dedicated to improving it's refillable, recyclable and reusable benefits or attributes of its packaging.

How can I get an invitation to the midnight shopping events on the 26th May?
Midnight shopping is open to the public on 26 May in Sandton, Gateway and the V&A Waterfront store. Anyone is welcome to join us! The queue will open at 11:30pm and you will be expected to register when you arrive. Registering enters you into a competition to win spot prizes!

What time does the event start?
The queue will open at 11:30pm, and doors to the stores (V&A, Gateway and Sandton only) will open at 12pm.

Is it limited to a certain amount of people?
Yes, the first 100 people will be allowed to shop at midnight.

What time does the event end?
Shopping will take place between 12am and 2am.

Will I have to wait in a queue?
Yes, the queue will open at 11:30pm, and doors to the store will open at 12pm.

How does the queue work?

When you arrive for the queue, you will be given a colour-coded wrist band that corresponds to a time when you can enter to shop as per the below.
00h00 : 1 - 25 pax – pink wrist band
00h30 : 26 – 50 pax - grey wrist band
01h00 : 51 - 75 pax - yellow wrist band
01h30 : 76 -100 pax - red wrist band
When your time comes up, you will be let in to shop. If the doors close and you are still in the queue; you’ll need to come back on the 27th of May to shop!

Will I have to register?
When you arrive at the queue, you will need to register with your name and phone number. Registering will enter you into a competition to win spot prizes.

Can I bring my friends to midnight shopping?
Sure!

What cities is midnight shopping being held in?
Midnight shopping is open to the public on 26 May in Sandton, Gateway and the V&A Waterfront. Anyone is welcome to join us! The queue will open at 11:30pm.

What if I can’t make it to midnight shopping? Will I still be able to buy my favourite products?
Of course! Shopping opens to the public on 27 May 2022.

How can I get invited to the After Party launch event in Sandton, Gateway and V&A?
On the night of the 26th of May, we will be having launch events in Sandton, Gateway and V&A and Gateway. These events are for invited guests and competition winners only. If you want a chance to WIN tickets to these events, sign up to our mailing list before 24 May 2022.

Will there be someone in store to advise me on the right product / shade?
Yes! We will have dedicated Fenty Beauty and Fenty Skin make-up artists in store to help you – and give you the official Fenty Face!

Are your make up artists in store fully trained?
Yes! All our Fenty Beauty dedicated makeup artists have been fully trained by the Fenty Beauty team on how to use, apply, and work with the Fenty Beauty and Fenty Skin products. You can rest assured they know what they are doing. Look out for the makeup artists wearing Fenty Beauty tees in store!
