How To Use
Add 3 capfuls whilst running the bath. Unwind your body and mind for 10-15 minutes. Remember your abdominal breathing techniques.
SPA TIP: Make sure you do gentle stretches before and after excercising. Follow your muscle warming aqua therapy with a muscle ease massage. Drag your thumbs up the backs of your calves to the backs of your knees in line to promote lymph drainage and circulation, then continue round and up the front of your thighs.
